The Alumni Association provides advice and guidance to it's members in the following areas:

TGA Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth)

The Alumni Association of Natural Medicine Practitioners Inc is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Qld) and cited at Item 26A of Schedule 1 of the Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990, Statutory Rules 1990, No. 394 (as amended) made under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth).

GST and Natural Health Practitioners

A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999. As a schedule 1 body, Alumni Association members can be considered as 'recognised professionals' for the purposes of GST relief under relevant Australian Taxation Legislation, namely, paragraph 38-1-(1)(b).

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Professional Indemnity Insurance quotations (Para-Medical Health Practitioners - Combined malpractice, public & products liability insurance) for Alumni members can be obtained from Aon Professional Services, Brisbane, Queensland. Policy underwritten by Royal and SunAlliance Australia Limited.
